AIMS
- To create a 50 bedded separate superspeciality huts that caters to primary, secondary, testing care for women & children.
- To create spokes that cater to primary and/or secondary care for women & children
- 50 beds are further divided into :-
- 30 minor beds
- 10 neonatal intensive case beds
- 5 intensive case beds
- 5 recovery and prelabour, and labour beds
- Facilities that should be made available @ the huts are :-
- Antenatal care
- Birthing
- Neonatal care
- Paediatric care
- Gynaecology
- Oncology
- Dermatology
- Cosmetology
- Breast case
- No gynaecology
- Nutrition/Exercise
- Mental well being
- Adolescent health
- Geriatric health
- Primary case regarding all the above facilities would be made available the spoke and patients would be referred to Hub for tertiary case
Objectives
objectives would be restical specific:-
- Obstetric
- To bring down the Caesarian section rate to < 25%
- Ta achieve natural birthing in up to 75% of births
- Gynaecology
- To provide laparoscopic approach to almost all gynecologic surgical interventions.
- Neonatal case
- To achieve a survival rate of upto 90 t in all NICU admissions
